Chip Browndyke

Chip has been in the Human Resources field for 25+ years. His experience includes work with Fortune 100 companies as well as consulting to small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to LHH, he was with Mesa Assoicates, Capital One (NYSE: COF) and Ray & Berndtson (Top 20 Executive Search Firm), providing HR expertise in career coaching, executive coaching, recruiting, associate relations, and more. He recently completed three years of Board of Director service with the Human Resources of the Treasure Valley Association.

Chip is active in the Boise community serving on the Advisory Board of Directors and former Vice President for the Idaho Shakespeare festival and participated in the 2-year Leadership Boise program. He has been guest speaker and workshop presenter for Boise State University, Montana State University, Project Management Institute, the Department of Labor and others. Chip is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in finance and served six years with the United States Marine Corps.

Jack Eastwick

Jack possesses a wealth of experience in human resources with companies ranging from Fortune 100 firms to small family-owned businesses. He has held the position of HR Vice President in two computer companies and the HR director position in a variety of other businesses. He has initiated strategic planning, designed and implemented executive compensation programs, created positive work environments through a variety of creative human resource programs.

Jack served as Commissioner on the Nevada State Personnel Commission for three years, is the Past President of the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association, past Director of the Nevada State SHRM Council, and Past President of the Rotary Club of Reno. He has held adjunct faculty member positions at the University of Phoenix, University of Nevada-Reno, and the Truckee Meadows Community College.

He holds a MBA degree in business and a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautical engineering. Jack is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Lee Landin

Lee Landin bring over 26 years of experience as a program and project manager in R&D with Hewlett-Packard both at the national and international level. Managing R&D development environments, managing firmware development teams and program management in the HP Boise R&D site. She provides hands-on coaching and career guidance applicable to all levels of employment. She has an MBA from the National University focusing on Information Technology and Systems Management and BS in Management of Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Arizona.

Lee has a love for the arts in the Boise Treasure Valley, photography, and international travel.

Mike Mueller

Mike brings extensive experience in professional services and corporate environments, including over 25 years with Price Waterhouse Coopers with an emphasis on recruiting and career services. He particularly enjoys helping executives, many of whom have not gone through a job search in years, navigate the path to their next opportunity. Mike holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University.

He has been guest speaker and workshop presenter for Leadership Boise, Boise State University and the Department of Labor. Chip is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in finance. In addition, Chip served 6 years with the United States Marine Corps.

Robbin Bond

Robbin is the Business Manager supporting our Professional Services for the Idaho, Nevada, and Montana region. Her oversight for day-to-day business processes ensures our clients have a first-class experience. Robbin interfaces directly with our client company representatives to ensure their enterprise Career Transition needs are met in our region, U.S., EMEA, and APAC. As a 10+ year member of our team, she is our "go to" person for process changes and improvements because of her depth of understanding.

Robbin is an Idaho native who has enjoyed the lifestyle and sense of community the Treasure Valley has to offer.

Rose has dedicated her career to Human Resources for over 30 years and has held Executive positions overseeing HR, Payroll, Risk, Labor Relations, and the full spectrum of HR and Organizational Development (OD) functions in several industries. She holds professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, MBA, and ARM (risk management). To maintain professional knowledge, she is an active member of SHRM National, Calhoun County, AL SHRM, and the National Resume Writers Association (NRWA). One of her greatest honors was being nominated for Dallas Texas SHRM HR Executive of the Year.

Volunteering in the community and helping candidates maneuver job and life transitions is rewarding to her. In her career, she has been based out of 6 states: PA, AL, LA, WA, TX, and ID, and has worked in manufacturing, distribution, food, services, and high-tech industries.

Throughout his career Ted focused on sustainable revenue growth for new and existing businesses. He started his career in the financial industry where he was an executive and manager for several large financial institutions. He gained experience in revenue growth, business development, management, leadership development, capital markets and strategy. He started several companies including a successful commercial brokerage company that works with clients nationwide.

He graduated from UC Irvine with an MBA in 2005 from the Paul Marage School of Business with an emphasis in Management and Entrepreneurship. He has severed on several boards and non-profit over his career and is bilingual – English and American Sign Language. He is a father of five and is heavily involved in community advocacy and coaching youth sports.

Mark’s, relationship with LHH goes back 25 years (full time and contract work). He’s been a Career Consultant, a Workshop Facilitator, Director of Training, and an Office Manager.

A graduate of the University of Utah, Mark was a Systems Consultant for AT&T and a Director of Marketing for a hospital chain before being recruited into the professional development business, where he eventually started his own company. As a professional speaker, facilitator, coach, and author, Mark has worked domestically and internationally with some of the most respected organizations in the world (eBay, Fidelity, Microsoft, Nasa, Stanford Research Institute, etc.). He has created courseware and/or taught, spoken, and coached for Day-Timer, Franklin Covey, Shipley Associates, etc. Mark has taught at/for Clemson University, George Mason University, The University of Utah, etc. He is a Past President of the Utah Chapter of the National Speaker’s Association and an award-winning speaker.
