Ted Diven
Ted is a seasoned business leader, executive, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience owning and managing companies, organizations and dynamic teams. Throughout his career Ted focused on sustainable revenue growth for new and existing businesses. He started his career in the financial industry where he was an executive and manager for several large financial institutions. He gained experience in revenue growth, business development, management, leadership development, capital markets and strategy. He started several companies including a successful commercial brokerage company that works with clients nationwide.
He graduated from UC Irvine with an MBA in 2005 from the Paul Marage School of Business with an emphasis in Management and Entrepreneurship. He has severed on several boards and non-profit over his career and is bilingual – English and American Sign Language. He is a father of five and is heavily involved in community advocacy and coaching youth sports.
Chip Browndyke
Chip has been in the Human Resources field for 25+ years. His experience includes providing value at Fortune 100 companies as well as consulting to small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to OCM, he was with Mesa Associates, Capital One (NYSE: COF) and Ray & Berndtson (Top 20 Executive Search Firm) providing HR expertise in career coaching, executive coaching, recruiting, associate relations, and more. His Board of Directors service includes Human Resources of the Treasure Valley Association (SHRM), St. Luke’s Hospital System, and Idaho Shakespeare Festival. After attaining his degree in business from the University of Houston, he served in the United States Marine Corps.
Elaine Bucy
Elaine brings a wealth of experience in finance, program management, and career coaching, showcasing a unique blend of analytical expertise and a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their professional and personal goals. Her background includes roles with a Fortune 500 company and her association with OCM since October 2018. Prior to joining OCM, she held various positions at Bank of America. Additionally, Elaine’s nurturing spirit, encouragement, and optimism consistently distinguish her as a speaker, instructor, and leader across a wide range of finance and career-related topics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management services from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Carroll Welch
Carroll is an executive, career and leadership coach who for 15+ years has partnered with professionals across industries and levels to inspire and support peak career performance. Carroll holds the International Coach Federation’s MCC credential (Master Certified Coach), and earlier in her career, she was a practicing attorney whose work at two major law firms included supporting management on workplace law issues. Carroll has also been a frequent speaker, instructor, group leader and writer on career-related topics and has developed and presented program curriculum on leadership development. Carroll received her JD from University of Virginia School of Law, her BA from Johns Hopkins University. She also holds a graduate certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School.
Shannon Blackstock
Shannon has over two decades of comprehensive Human Resources experience. She has held roles across the HR spectrum, from entry-level to executive roles, but finds the greatest fulfillment in helping others achieve their career goals through coaching and professional development. Her career spans a variety of industries, including healthcare, insurance, and higher education, in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Her expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR planning, enables her to effectively serve as an advisor and career consultant. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Human Resources from Boise State University. She is certified as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Sandy Bolinske
Sandy has been in the Human Resources field for 25+ years. Her experience has spanned the globe working with large publically traded companies as well as providing HR support in small and mid-sized private family-owned businesses in the legal, retail, engineering and agribusiness industries. Prior to OCM, Sandy was with the following organizations: Boise Co-op, Rimon PC/Novalaw, Stinker Stores, Power Engineers, and Nunhems USA (subsidiary of Bayer AG-NYSE: BAYRY OTC) providing HR expertise in organizational design, business strategy, setting up international offices, recruiting, associate relations, and more.
Sandy has been active in the HR and Boise community holding memberships as either a board member or sitting on the advisory council for the SHRM Global Advisory Board, President of the local chapter of SHRM, Idaho Inclusiveness Coalition, Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, Idaho Epilepsy Foundation, and Junior Achievement. She has been quoted in several industry magazines and has been a guest speaker for the College of Idaho providing career goal and strategy setting for upcoming graduates. Sandy has complemented her expertise by obtaining two bachelor degrees, one in Psychology from the College of Idaho, and one in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University, and then a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on international business from Northwest Nazarene University.
Robbin Bond
Robbin is the Business Manager supporting our Professional Services for the Idaho, Nevada, and Montana region. Her oversight for day-to-day business processes ensures our clients have a first-class experience. Robbin interfaces directly with our client company representatives to ensure their enterprise Career Transition needs are met in our region, U.S., EMEA, and APAC. As a 10+ year member of our team, she is our "go to" person for process changes and improvements because of her depth of understanding.
Robbin is an Idaho native who enjoys the lifestyle and sense of community the Treasure Valley has to offer.

Colleen has over 20 years of experience in the Talent Development field. Before joining OCM, she worked at Wells Fargo Advisors and Wells Fargo Bank, where she provided expertise in career coaching, skills development, and change management. Her extensive corporate background and active involvement in volunteering enable her to effectively assist candidates in navigating their next opportunities, whether professional, volunteer-based, geared towards active retirement, or a unique combination of these paths.
Colleen finds great joy in guiding and supporting clients through career transitions, particularly when she witnesses them set and reach their career goals.
Colleen is a Montana State University Billings graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management and marketing. She is active in the Billings community as a sustaining member and former board president of the Junior League of Billings.
Corrine Clement
Corrine Clement has more than 25 years of experience building award-winning cultures in Fortune 500 companies and non-profits, launching & operating small businesses and start-ups, creating EQ and DEI programs & trainings, & coaching executive clients. She has also partnered with multiple professional sports teams and athletes, currently working with the Las Vegas Raiders to transform the culture and create a winning era in Las Vegas.
In corporate America, Corrine most recently served as Vice President of Culture & Diversity at Wynn Resorts, working nationally and overseas. Heading culture, branding and communications for multiple MGM Resorts properties, she positioned MGM Grand to win the Best Place to Work award three consecutive years, and her work to transform the culture to drive revenue growth was documented in two books.
Outside of hospitality and gaming, since 2008 Corrine has served as COO and a certified Master Coach of a leadership university that focuses on elevating Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to increase personal & professional performance. She is famous for coaching poker pro Antonio Esfandiari to win $18.2 million – the largest sum ever won in a single tournament - by focusing on an EQ mindset of resilience

Jack served as Commissioner on the Nevada State Personnel Commission for three years, is the Past President of the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association, past Director of the Nevada State SHRM Council, and Past President of the Rotary Club of Reno. He has held adjunct faculty member positions at the University of Phoenix, University of Nevada-Reno, and the Truckee Meadows Community College.
He holds a MBA degree in business and a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautical engineering. Jack is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
