Chip has been in the Human Resources field for 25+ years. His experience includes work with Fortune 100 companies as well as consulting to small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to LHH, he was with Mesa Assoicates, Capital One (NYSE: COF) and Ray & Berndtson (Top 20 Executive Search Firm), providing HR expertise in career coaching, executive coaching, recruiting, associate relations, and more. He recently completed three years of Board of Director service with the Human Resources of the Treasure Valley Association.
Chip is active in the Boise community serving on the Advisory Board of Directors and former Vice President for the Idaho Shakespeare festival and participated in the 2-year Leadership Boise program. He has been guest speaker and workshop presenter for Boise State University, Montana State University, Project Management Institute, the Department of Labor and others. Chip is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in finance and served six years with the United States Marine Corps.
Jack possesses a wealth of experience in human resources with companies ranging from Fortune 100 firms to small family-owned businesses. He has held the position of HR Vice President in two computer companies and the HR director position in a variety of other businesses. He has initiated strategic planning, designed and implemented executive compensation programs, created positive work environments through a variety of creative human resource programs.
Jack served as Commissioner on the Nevada State Personnel Commission for three years, is the Past President of the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association, past Director of the Nevada State SHRM Council, and Past President of the Rotary Club of Reno. He has held adjunct faculty member positions at the University of Phoenix, University of Nevada-Reno, and the Truckee Meadows Community College.
He holds a MBA degree in business and a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautical engineering. Jack is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
Lee Landin bring over 26 years of experience as a program and project manager in R&D with Hewlett-Packard both at the national and international level. Managing R&D development environments, managing firmware development teams and program management in the HP Boise R&D site. She provides hands-on coaching and career guidance applicable to all levels of employment. She has an MBA from the National University focusing on Information Technology and Systems Management and BS in Management of Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Arizona.
Lee has a love for the arts in the Boise Treasure Valley, photography, and international travel.
Mike brings extensive experience in professional services and corporate environments, including over 25 years with Price Waterhouse Coopers with an emphasis on recruiting and career services. He particularly enjoys helping executives, many of whom have not gone through a job search in years, navigate the path to their next opportunity. Mike holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University.
